It is important to stay active during this period of time to keep your mind and body healthy. It might be difficult to find that motivation to start moving. Here’s a few tips that might help you attain your New Year’s Resolution even if you are staying indoors!

Tip 1: Waking Up Earlier 

It is no doubt difficult to wake up earlier in the morning. However, by waking up slightly earlier, you have time to either get in a short workout or even enjoy your breakfast and get ready for work without the need to rush through it. Tip 2: Schedule Your Exercise

Firstly, find a schedule that works for you. Be it having to workout early in the morning before work or in the evening. As long as you are able to stick to your schedule and make it a habit, you will be less likely to fall out from your routine.

Tip 4: Getting Up and Move Every Hour

Set an timer for every hour to remind yourself to get up and move for a few minutes. It is important to not be sedentary for long period of time even if you have already done your workout of the day. Fill up your bottle, grab a healthy snack or simply walk around the house is a good way to get your blood flowing!

Dear Members and Guests, During these unprecedented times. our top priority is you. While it is our focus to keep you active and healthy. it is also imperative that we stay vigilant and work towards all possible preventive measures to minimise the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Following the recent spike in COVID-19 cases.  Ministry of Health (MOH) is enforcing stricter social distancing measures with effect from 26 March 2020 to curb local transmissions. To safeguard the health of our members and staff amidst the evolving situation. we will be suspending all SparksHealth classes beginning 27 March 2020. At this stage, we plan to resume operations on 1 May 2020. This temporary suspension is subject to review based on the health advisories issued by MOH. we will keep you closely updated through our official social media pages and communications channels. To ensure your best interests are protected, we will implement the following with regard to your membership  during this closure period:

Freezing for current and/or beyond

The complimentary freeze is applicable for the month of April if you wish to freeze your membership for a longer period of time. There will be no fee applies. Should there be an extension on the closure period. we will review this and make the necessary adjustments to best support our members during this time.

We strongly recommend that you remain active at home and incorporate at least 30 minutes of exercise every other day in order to keep your immunity up. To this end. We will soon be launching a new series of virtual group fitness classes from Abvolution Wellness and will continue to share online workouts and content from our other sister brands around the region for our members to enjoy in the comfort of their homes. These classes can be accessed via our social media pages .

We’ll miss you,our members during this time. But given the circumstances we are fully supportive of the Government’s efforts to curb the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak. Please be rest assured that we’ll be here to welcome you back very soon.
